About Aerobase

Travel should feel considered, not punishing.

Aerobase was built for travelers who are tired of choosing between the cheapest option and the trip that actually works. We combine flight intelligence, airport context, and circadian recovery planning so travel decisions reflect how people really move through the world.

59K+ routes analyzed
4K+ airports mapped
24 award programs covered
1 clear goal: better trips

Why we built it

We were tired of travel software optimizing for the wrong thing.

The usual stack gets you a ticket, but not necessarily a good trip.

After enough red-eyes, impossible connections, and arrivals that wiped out the first days of a trip, one pattern became obvious: most travel tools are built to complete transactions, not help travelers function.

Search engines lead with price and duration. They rarely tell you whether an arrival time is brutal, whether a connection is unrealistic, or whether the airport experience will help or hurt your recovery.

Aerobase exists to close that gap. We want the flight search, the airport page, and the recovery plan to feel like parts of the same decision instead of three disconnected chores.

Our mission

Make travel planning genuinely useful. Help people choose flights that respect their biology, understand airports in practical terms, and arrive ready to do the thing they actually traveled for.

Better travel is not just faster booking. It is less confusion, less hidden friction, and fewer trips where the recovery costs more than the ticket saved.

What makes Aerobase different

We bias for clarity, physiology, and real-world travel conditions.

The product should help you make fewer compromises you regret after you land.

We optimize for the whole trip

Ticket price matters, but so do arrival time, connection realism, and how wrecked you feel on day one. Aerobase scores the trip, not just the fare.

Jet lag plans rooted in circadian science

We design recovery around timing, light, sleep, and physiology instead of generic travel wellness advice.

Airport intelligence that is actually useful

Quiet corners, realistic transfer timing, worthwhile lounges, and friction points that affect how a trip feels in practice.

Helpful by default

The fundamentals stay accessible. Pro adds deeper workflows, but the core product still needs to solve real traveler problems on day one.

Who we help

Built for people whose trips have consequences.

Aerobase matters most when arrival quality changes how the next day feels.

Business Travelers

Land functional for the meeting, make back-to-back trips survivable, and avoid the flight options that quietly burn your next day.

Leisure Travelers

Stop sacrificing the first chunk of a vacation to recovery. Pick routes that let the trip start when you land, not three days later.

Digital Nomads

Manage cumulative fatigue across time zones, keep work rhythms intact, and build multi-city plans that do less damage to your body clock.

Data and privacy

Useful travel context should not require giving away control.

We collect what improves the product and avoid the rest.

Flight browsing and airport research should be low-friction. We keep searches as lightweight as we can and only ask for the details that materially improve personalization, like your timezone or saved trips.

Your travel data stays yours. Export and deletion controls matter because people should be able to leave a product with the same confidence they had joining it.

No resale of your data

We do not sell your travel history or browsing behavior to third parties.

Controls that are easy to find

Export and deletion should be straightforward, not tucked behind support loops.
