Search any flight by number (e.g., AA1234) to quickly add it to your trips.
JetLag automatically detects flights when you visit airline booking confirmation pages. It reads the page content and extracts flight details like departure/arrival times, airports, and flight numbers. You can also use screenshot capture or manual entry for flights that aren't auto-detected.
JetLag works with United Airlines, Delta Air Lines, American Airlines, Southwest Airlines, JetBlue Airways, plus booking sites like Google Flights, Expedia, and Kayak. We're constantly adding more airlines.
Based on your flight times and time zone changes, we calculate a personalized schedule for light exposure, darkness, and sleep timing. Following these recommendations helps your circadian rhythm adjust faster, reducing jet lag symptoms.
Jetlag offers two recovery modes: Optimized (with light therapy) adapts 1.4-2.0 hours per day using 10,000 lux bright light exposure, enabling 2-3× faster recovery. Natural adaptation takes ~1.0-1.5 days per timezone hour without active intervention. Eastward travel is harder as your body must advance its clock.
