3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Subscription Plans and Pricing
Aerobase offers free and paid subscription tiers:
- Free: 3 flights per year, basic recovery plans
- Pro: Unlimited flights, advanced features, calendar sync
- Business: Team features, priority support, API access
Pricing is displayed in USD. Actual charges may vary based on your payment method and location.
5. Billing and Payment
For paid subscriptions:
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe
- Billing occurs at the start of each billing period (monthly or annual)
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You may update your payment method at any time in account settings
- Failed payments may result in service suspension until resolved
- Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance
6. Free Trial
New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial of Pro features:
- No payment information required to start the trial
- Trial converts to Free plan automatically unless you subscribe
- One trial per user/household
7. Cancellation and Refunds
We offer flexible cancellation and a satisfaction guarantee:
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime through account settings or customer portal
- Access after cancellation: You retain access until the end of your billing period
- 30-day money-back guarantee: Request a full refund within 30 days of initial purchase

- Pro-rated refunds: Not available for partial billing periods after 30 days
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Share your account with others
- Scrape or harvest data from the Service
9. Intellectual Property

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Recovery plans will eliminate jetlag entirely
- Flight information will always be accurate
