A $300 daytime flight that needs 1 day of recovery scores better than a $200 red-eye that costs 3 days. We analyze timezone shift, flight direction, departure timing, and cabin class to estimate circadian disruption, then divide the fare by expected recovery days. Lower price-per-recovery-day means better value for your time and money.
